Biography

(05.12.1967, Zhanatalap village, Zhangalinsky district, West Kazakhstan region) - teacher-choreographer, researcher. Candidate of art history, associate professor, holder of the "Excellence in Culture" award of the RK.

In 1986-1989 - studied at the choreographic department of the Ural Cultural and Educational School; in 1994 she graduated from Al-Farabi Shymkent Pedagogical Institute of Culture, specialty "Head of dance groups". In 2006, she completed distant postgraduate program at the M.Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, MES RK (Almaty), in 2007 she defended Ph.D. thesis "Creative legacy of choreographer Dauren Abirov", under supervision of Dr. Art History, professor Kundakbayev, Candidate of Art History, associate professor G.T. Zhumaseitova.

Since 1994, she has been engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities in M.Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University. 1998-2008 - artistic director of the "Ak Zhaiyk" regional Folk Song and Dance Ensemble. Since 2008 - Head of the Department of Choreography and Cultural- Leisure Work at the M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University. During the period of creative activity, more than 30 Kazakh and 15 dances of the peoples of the world were staged in the "Arna" and "Ak Zhaiyk" ensembles. She went on tour with creative teams to many countries (Russia, Germany, Poland, etc.). During different periods, under her leadership, the ensembles became Laureates of various International competitions and festivals.
