AKBAROVA Adalyat Askarovna

Biography

(15.06.1948, Chilik village, Almaty region - 8.02.2022, Almaty) - ballet dancer, ballet master, teacher. Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1998); holder of the "Kurmet" Order (2017).

Graduated from Almaty State Choreographic School (1968); T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh State Institute of Theater and Cinema, on specialty "Director-Choreographer" (1995-2000), workshop of M.Zh. Tleubayev.

1968-1998 - ballet soloist, teacher-tutor, ballet master (1998-2000) of the State Republican Uighur Music and Drama Theatre. She performed solo concert numbers in the programs of the folklore ensemble "Nava": "Arzu", "Dapussuli", "Shatlyk". She performed solo concert program (1988). A film-concert "Adalyat Akbarova is Dancing" (1999) was shot about her creativity. As part of the "Dos-Mukasan" ensemble, she participated in concert programs in Afghanistan (1983), conducted patronage activities in amateur art groups in the Panfilov, Uighur, Enbekshi-Kazakh regions.

2000-2002 - teacher of oriental dance of the T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts; 2006-2021 - teacher of special disciplines at the A.V. Seleznev ACS.

Awards: Commemorative medal "Veteran of the War in Afghanistan", Honorary Citizen of the Uighur region (2000).
