Biography
(31.01.1986, Alma-Ata) – ballet dancer, choreographer, teacher. Laureate of the “Umai” National Award in the field of art, in the nominations “Choreographic Art”, “Best Soloist” (2022).
1995-2003 – student of the A. V. Seleznev ACS, the class of the teacher O. D. Voevodina.
2003-2007 – student of the T. K. Zhurgenov KazNAA, specialty “Teacher-choreographer”; in
2014 she was conferred Master’s degree in art history in the specialty “Director-choreographer”, workshop of G. Tutkibayeva.
2014 – professional development program in directing at the Academia di balle arti di Roma (Italy).
2003-2016 – artist, soloist, leading soloist of the Abay Kazakh State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. Repertoire: Carmen (“Carmen Suite”), Ballerina (“Red Giselle”), Kitty (“Anna Karenina”), Zarema (“The Fountain of Bakhchisarai”), Mekhmene Banu (“Legend of Love”), Zobeide (“Scheherazade”), Mazurka (“Chopiniana”); Sylphide, Effie (“La Sylphide”), Myrtha (“Giselle”), Roe deer (“Legends of the Great Steppe”), Street dancer (“Don Quixote”), Gamzatti (“La Bayadère”), Karakus (“Tlep”), Couples in love (“Suite in the Style of Antico”).
2014 – she was invited as a soloist to the Russian National Theatre of Sergei Radchenko (Moscow).
2008 – guest teacher at the “Ballet home village” school (Tochigi, Japan).
Since 2016 – leading soloist of the “Astana Ballet” Theatre. Performer of the premiere performances: “Carmen Suite” as Carmen (choreographer A. Alonso); “Legend of Love” as Mekhmene Banu (choreographer Y. Grigorovich); “Serenade”, “Capriccio for Piano and Orchestra” (choreographer G. Balanchine); “Giselle” as Myrtha; “Touch of Illusion”, “Diversity” (choreographer R. Amarante); “Cinderella” as Evil Sister (choreographer N. Kalinina), “Kozy-Korpesh and Bayan-Sulu” as Bayan (choreographer G. Kovtun); “Salome” as Salome; “Carmen” as Carmen in blue; “Sultan-Baybars” in the role of Shajar ad-Durr (choreographer M. Avakhri); “Orpheus and Eurydice” as Eurydice (choreographer K. Paulin) etc. The repertoire includes one-act ballets by R. Amarante “Love Fear Loss”, “A Fuego Lento”, a number of concert numbers and divertissements.
As a choreographer, she staged the miniatures “The Firebird”, “2 Hours”, “Inside Me”, Balbal” and choreographic scenes in the opera “The Pearl Fishers” (Abay SAOBT, 2014). At the “Astana Ballet” Theatre she staged the choreographic divertissement “Triumph” to the music of P. Tchaikovsky (2020), the one-act ballet “Soli Deo Gloria” to the music of G. Mahler (2023).
