Biography
16.09.1947 - Alma-Ata.
Ballet dancer, teacher-tutor, professor. Honored Artist of the Kazakh SSR (1973), People's Artist of the Kazakh SSR (1978), Laureate of the State Prize of the KazSSR for the performance of the main part of the Mother in S. Erkimbekov's ballet "Eternal Flame" (1986); Associated professor (2007), professor (2010).
1954-1957 - pupil of secondary school No. 10 in Alma-Ata.
1957-1958 - student of the ACS.
1958-1966 - student of the MACS, specialty "Ballet dancer". Teachers: E. N. Zhemchuzhina, T. I. Vasilyeva, S. M. Messerer. Solo debut at the choreographic school - a concert number "Butterflies" in a duet with Zarema Kasteyeva.
1999-2002 - graduated from KazSWPU on specialty "Teacher of choreographic disciplines".
1966-1987 - Abay SAOBT, leading ballerina. She made her debut as the girl Yuki in G. Zhubanova's ballet "Hiroshima". Repertoire: Kitri ("Don Quixote"), Odette-Odile ("Swan Lake"), Giselle ("Giselle"), Aurora ("The Sleeping Beauty"), Juliet ("Romeo and Juliet"), Masha ("The Nutcracker"), Gamzatti ("La Bayadère"), Pimpinella ("Pulcinella"), Suji ("Dragon's Flame"), Girl ("Paquita"), Francesca ("Francesca da Rimini"), Young Lady ("The Young Lady and the Hooligan"), Firebird, (first performance, "Firebird", I. Stravinsky), Barshagul (first performance, "Aksak-Kulan"), Aliya ("Aliya"), Mother (first performance, "Eternal Flame"), Violetta (first performance, "Lady of the Camellias"), Madama Butterfly ("Madama Butterfly"), Aegina ("Spartacus"), Conchita ("Juno" and "Avos"), Sylphide ("La Sylphide"), Maria ("The Fountain of Bakhchisarai"), Desdemona (first performance, "The Moor's Pavane"), 1st soloist (first performance, "Serenade"), Bacchae ("Walpurgis Night"), Popovna ("Russian Tale") etc.
Since 1986, she has been engaged in tutoring at the Abay SAOBT: 1986-1987, 1990-1997, 2007-2012 - teacher- tutor, 1987-1990 - assistant ballet master, 1990-1997, 2007-2012 - teacher tutor, 1992-1996, 2007-2012 - head of the ballet troupe, 2013 - to the present - teacher-tutor. Among the students, there are the honored figures of Kazakhstan A. Askarbekova, K. Sarkytbayeva, S. Rakhmedova, D.Sushkov; Honored artist of RF and RT, artistic director of the "Astana Ballet" Theatre N. Kanetov; L. Akylbekova (Moscow); The Royal Ballet School teacher Zh. Atymtaev (Great Britain); M. Eichwald (Germany); Laureates of International Competitions A. Dzhumagulova, A. Shaikenova, Zh. Tukeyeva and many others.
Since 1999- teacher, associate professor, and then professor of the Choreography Department of T. K. Zhurgenov KazNAA. She teaches the disciplines "Theory and Methods of Teaching Classical Dance", "Choreographic Heritage".
Awards: Diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Moldavian SSR (1967); Laureate of the All-Union Ballet Competition in Moscow, where in a duet with Ramazan Bapov she presented a concert number to music by A. Rudyansky "Melody of Hearts" staged by E. Ussin (III Prize, (1969); medal "For valiant work in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of V. I. Lenin" (1970); Order of Peoples’ Friendship (1981); Diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR (1984); holder of the Presidential scholarship in the field of culture (2003); Order "Kurmet" (2004); Medal "20 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2011); Holder of State Scholarship of the First President of the RK in the field of culture (2018-2022); Holder of the State Scholarships in the field of culture of the RK (2023).
