Biography
(10.06.1988, Guryev region, Isatai district, Akkistau village) – ballet dancer, teacher. Holder of the “Kurmet” Order (2017), KR madeniet kayratkerі.
Graduated from A. V. Seleznev ACS, class of the teacher A. Burkitbayev (1998-2006), Bachelor program at the T. K. Zhurgenov KazNAA in “Choreography Directing”, workshop of G. U. Tutkibayeva (2011-2016).
2005-2017 – ballet dancer, leading soloist of the ballet troupe of the Abay State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. Performed leading roles in classical and neoclassical ballets: “The Sleeping Beauty” (Prince Desire), “Swan Lake” (Siegfried, Rothbart), “La Bayadère” (Solor), “Le Corsaire” (Conrad), “Don Quixote” (Espada), “Chopiniana” (Young Man), “Scheherazade” (Golden Slave), “Romeo and Juliet” (Romeo, Paris), “Legend of Love” (Ferkhad, Vizier), “Anna Karenina” (Vronsky), “Red Giselle” (Lifar), “Giselle” (Albert, Hans), “Charlie”, “Suite in Antico Style” (Couples in Love), “Legends of the Great Steppe”, “Carmina Burana”, “Carmen Suite” (Torrero, Jose), “Sylphide” (James), “Spartacus” (Crassus), scene “Walpurgis Night” from the opera “Faust” (Bacchus) etc.
In 2016-2017 he taught duet-classical dance at the A. V. Seleznev ACS.
In 2017, he joined the troupe of the “Astana Ballet” Theater as a leading soloist. First dancer of the role of Zagreus in “Walpurgis Night” (choreography by G. Kovtun), Albert in “Giselle”, Rachmaninov in “Touch of Illusion”, “Longing” (choreography by R. Amarante), “In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated” (choreography by W. Forsythe), Ferkhad in “The Legend of Love” (choreography by Y. Grigorovich), John the Baptist and Qutuz in the ballets “Salome” and “Sultan Baybars” (choreography by M. Avakhri), Young Men in the ballet “The Legend of Zhelturanga” (choreography by A. Sadykova), as well as “Concerto Barocco” (choreography by G. Balanchine), “Instinct” (choreography by D. Jonathan). The repertoire also includes the ballets “Love Fear Loss”, “A Fuego Lento”, “Diversity”, “Silent voices” by R. Amarante, “Love’s lost idols” by N. Fonte; “Journey of memory” by R. Rebeck; “Contrasts” by R. Terranova; “The Nutcracker” by V. Vainonen, “Cinderella” by N. Kalinina and a number of concert numbers.
Since 2021, he has been tutoring at the “Astana Ballet” Theatre.
