Biography

One-act ballet.

Music - Max Richter, Garcia Escot, Ezio Bosso, Olafur Arnalds, Ludovico Einaudi, “Les Tambour du Bronx” band. Choreographer - Raimondo Rebeck. Scenography (based on sketches by R. Rebeck) - Victor Carare. Lighting designer - Carlos Cherri. Costume designer (based on sketches by R. Rebeck) - Arasel Dosmuratova.

The production was staged for the Astana Opera Theatre, premiered on July 20, 21, 2018.

Characters and performers: Time - Bakhtiyar Adamzhan, Arman Urazov; Youth (integrity and self-understanding) - Nazira Zayetova, Aibar Toktar, Moldir Shakimova, Zhananur Zhanabekov; Youth (love and fidelity) - Aigerim Beketayeva, Olzhas Tarlanov, Assel Shaikenova, Tair Gatauov; Maturity (wisdom) - Mariko Kitamura, Rustem Seitbekov.

One-act modern performance "How long is now?" is a philosophical reflection on time and its specific moments. Three pairs of dancers symbolize a person's life at its various stages, exploring time, its flow and perception through choreography.
