Biography

(01.01.1960, Petropavlovsk, NKR) - ballet dancer, soloist, principal at the B. G. Ayukhanov SCDE "Young ballet" and the Abay SAOBT.

1969-1978 - student of the Alma-Ata State Choreographic School, teachers: S. A. Nauryzbayeva (junior grades), A. G. Gabitova (middle grades), N. R. Tikhonova (senior grades).

1978-1986 - she worked at the B. G. Ayukhanov SCDE "Young Ballet", performed the entire repertoire of the famous team: Carmen ("Carmen" by G. Bizet - R. Shchedrin), the choreographic miniature "Three Moods" (A. Scriabin), the Balcony Scene (an excerpt from the ballet "Romeo and Juliet" by S. Prokofiev), pa de deux from the ballets of classical heritage.

1986-1989 - principal at the Abay SAOBT. Repertoire and roles: Odette-Odile (“Swan Lake” by P. I. Tchaikovsky), Giselle (“Giselle” by A. Adam), Kitri (“Don Quixote” by L. Minkus), Phrygia (“Spartacus” by A. Khachaturian), 7th Waltz (“Chopiniana” by F. Chopin). Her partners were S. Tikhonov, E. Setakov, R. Mussin, B. Atibeyev, M. Tukeyev, M. Adyrkhayev, E. Asylgazinov, D. Tuboltsev, B. Smagulov.

In different periods, Sh. A. Musakhanova danced in ballet troupes and theaters of the RF: since 1990 she worked at the “Kremlin Ballet” Theater (Moscow), in 1992-1994- she worked at the Vakil Usmanov Choreography Theater in Moscow, performed miniatures and divertissements, pa de deux from ballets of classical heritage: “Don Quixote”, “Giselle”, etc.

2000- 2009 - she worked at the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, performed the parts: Giselle (“Giselle” by A. Adam), pas de trois, Dance of little swans, Bride (“Swan Lake” by P. Tchaikovsky), puppets (“The Nutcracker” by P. Tchaikovsky), 7 Waltz (“Chopiniana” by F. Chopin), Trio of shadows (“La Bayadère” by L. Minkus), Fairy of Courage (“The Sleeping Beauty” by P. Tchaikovsky), the Cigarette girls (“Carmen” by G. Bizet - R. Shchedrin), parts of friends and variations (“Don Quixote” by L. Minkus). Partners: Yu. G. Karlin (People's Artist of Ukraine), A. Yu. Musorin (Honored Artist of Ukraine).

Sh. A. Musakhanova is a representative of the Kazakhstani ballet school, who contributed to the ballet art of Kazakhstan. Since 2018, she has been a teacher at the SAFDE "Alan" (Vladikavkaz, Russia) and the Republican College of Arts in classical dance.
