NAZERKE FOLK DANCE ENSEMBLE

Biography

Folk Dance Ensemble "Nazerke" was created in 1995 in the SE "G. Kurmangaliev West-Kazakhstan Regional Philharmonic», Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the WKR. The creator of the team is Aigul Kulbekova, the Head of the ensemble (1995-2010). At present, the Heads of the ensemble are the "Madeniet Salasynyn Uzdigi" Akmaral Tasbolatova, Mirzada Sundetkaliyeva.

The repertoire includes Kazakh folk dances and dances of the world's peoples. The ensemble has repeatedly presented its creativity abroad: Turkey (Iskenderun, 1997; Ankara, 2007; Istanbul, 2008); in the RF (Rostov-on-Don, Astrakhan, Saratov, Orenburg, Samara, Kazan); took part in the International Festival dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the founder of the UAE - Sheikh Zayed (Abu Dhabi, 2017); IV "World Nomad Games" under the auspices of the International organization TURKSOY (Izni, Turkey, 2022). It is an active participant in the annual International Festival "Sholokhov Spring" (Rostov-on-Don, Russia).

The team is the Laureate of the III Prize of Sh. Zhienkulova II Republican competition of Kazakh dance (Uralsk, 2001); Laureate of the I Prize of the IV Republican Kazakh dance competition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Shara Zhienkulova (Astana, 2012); II place winner at the Republican television competition "Aimaktar alamany" (Astana, 2012); Laureate of the I Prize of the XIX International Festival of Creative Youth "Shabyt" in the nomination "Choreography" (Astana, 2016).
