Biography

One-act performance based on the epic of Nurpeis Baiganin in the genre of dance theater.

Music - Kuat Shildebayev, Asylbek Ensepov, Bolat Bayryshev and folk melodies of the Turkic peoples. Choreography, libretto, scenography and costumes - Gulmira and Gulnara Gabbasovs. Costumes - Balnur Asanova. Texts in the Russian and the Kazakh languages - Nurpeis Baiganin. Video clip - Doskhan Zholzhaksynov. Director of photography - Rifkat Ibragimov.

The premiere of the performance took place on October 6, 2012 at the Gabbasov Sisters Dance Theater. Performers: Gulnara Gabbasova and the amateur troupe of the Gabbasov Sisters Dance Theater.

The legend about the girl Narkyz is found in the folklore heritage of many Turkic peoples. The strength of Narkyz is in her close connection with her native land, family, ancestors (Aruakhs), therefore, in difficult times for her, the people support and inspire the heroine. Spiritual strength and unity inevitably lead to the victory.
