Music - Aram Khachaturian. Libretto - Yuri Grigorovich based on the novel by Raffaello Giovagnoli and the plots of ancient history using the script by Nikolai Volkov. Choreography - Yuri Grigorovich. Scenography and costumes - Simon Virsaladze. Conductor - Arman Urazgaliev. Leader of production and assistant choreographer - Honored Artist of Russia Ruslan Pronin. Assistant choreographer - Oksana Tsvetnitskaya. Costume renewal designers - Mikhail Sapozhnikov. Costume renewal designers - Lyudmila Ius, Elena Netsvetaeva-Dolgaleva. Lighting designer - Alexey Perevalov.

The premiere took place on June 6, 2014 at the Astana Opera Theatre.
