Children's fairy-tale ballet with Russian national flavor. In the Underwater Kingdom, devils have fun playing prank on the Priest. Returning from the Underwater Kingdom, the Priest meets Balda in a noisy bazaar and decides to hire him as a worker. Balda agrees to work not for money, but for three clicks a year on the forehead of the Priest.
Balda likes the owner's daughter - Popovna. Upon learning of this, Priest in anger sends Balda to the Underwater Kingdom for the Little devil in order to get rid of Balda, and even make fun of him.
At the bottom of the sea, Balda wins the Old devil in competition and takes the Little devil with him. Balda and Priest’s daughter are together again. By agreement, Priest turns his forehead, and Balda clicks his forehead with pleasure three times in front of everyone.
