Biography
One-act ethno-ballet.
Music - Mukey, Dauletkerey Shygayuly, Nurgisa Tlendiyev, Aktoty Raimkulova, performance, arrangement and authorship by the folklore-ethnographic ensemble "Turan". The author of the idea, choreographer - Anvara Sadykova, libretto - Damir Urazymbetov. Costumes - Assel Lukpanova. Video scenography - Yerbol Bisenov.
The ballet was staged for the students of the A. V. Seleznev ACS. The premiere took place on November 28, 2016 at the Abay SAOBT in the framework of the IV International competition of choreographic educational institutions "Orleu". Fragments of the ballet are annually presented at the reporting and demonstrative concerts, in the framework of the Republican and International projects of the A. V. Seleznev ACS.
Characters and performers: Tengri, Warrior - Zhanserik Akhmetov; Umai, Beloved - Malika Elchibayeva; Light shaman - Evgeny Rybkin; Dark shaman - Toygan Turlykhan; Swans, Invaders, Weepers, Warriors - young artists of the theater "Orleu", students of the 2-3 years of study of the A. V. Seleznev ACS.
The plot of the performance is based on the myths and legends of the Kazakh people. The ballet consists of ten choreographic scenes, the “flipping” of which takes place throughout the performance, showing the pages of the history and life of the Kazakh people. Choreographic miniatures with the following numerical structure: “Revived petroglyphs”, “Shamans”, “Tengri and Umai”, “Swans”, “Invasion”, “Lamentation”, “Ritual dance before the battle”, “Militant steppe”, “Duet of lovers”, "Fest" are combined into a coherent composition with a single storyline.
