Biography

Ballet in two acts.

Music - Sergei Prokofiev. Choreography - Nadezhda Kalinina. Scenography and costumes - Sergey Novikov. Light - Igor Tupikin. Video sequence - Kirill Malovichko, Masha Nebesnaya.

The ballet was created for the troupe of the Astana Ballet Theatre, the premiere took place on December 10, 2014.

The colorful action of the ballet "Cinderella" revolves around the plot of the well-known tale by Charles Perrault about a poor girl who magically becomes first a beautiful guest of the royal ball, and later a real princess. In the ballet, fabulous transformations, a court ball, as well as a poetic love story and all-conquering happy end take place.
