ABDIYEVA Gaziza Makeshovna
Biography
(14.05.1966, Kyzyl-Orda) - dancer. Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1998).
She graduated from Almaty Choreographic School (1984), teachers: A. M. Amangeldina, S. I. Kusherbayeva, T. P. Parpibayeva; KazSWPI, specialty "Teacher of choreographic disciplines" (1999).
Since 1985 she has been working in the "Altynay" State folk dance ensemble at the Suyumbai regional philharmonic, she went her path from an artist to a soloist of the ensemble, since 2005 - choreographer and teacher-tutor, since 2019 - the chief choreographer of the team. She performed the dances “Aizhan kyz” (choreogr. Sh. Zhienkulova), “Koshtasu” (choreogr. D. Abirov), “Ormek bi”, “Saiys” (choreogr. O. Vsevolodskaya-Golushkevich), “Zhaylauda” and “Kokeykesti” (choreogr. A. Orymbayeva), “Naz”, “Ukili aru” etc. (choreogr. N.Taiyr).
2015- 2019 - classical dance teacher at the Korkyt-Ata Kyzyl-Orda State University and tutor in the "Tomiris" dance ensemble at the Kyzylorda regional philharmonic.
As part of the "Altynai" and "Sazgen" ensembles, she participated in all government concerts and the Days of Culture of Kazakhstan in other countries. She went on tour to CIS and foreign countries: Laos, India, Nepal, Mexico, Belgium, France, Turkey, etc.
She made significant contribution to the development of dance performing school in Kazakhstan, and is the keeper of the unique repertoire of the "Altynai" folk dance ensemble as well as the masterpieces of folk choreography.
Awards: Korkyt Ata "Altyn medal" (2018), the Badge "Enbek danky" (2020).
