Biography

July 27, 1965, Ust-Kamenogorsk.

Ballet dancer, ballet master, teacher. Honored Figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2005).

She graduated from Almaty Choreographic School on specialty "Artist of the Folk Dance Ensemble" (1975-1983); Ballet Master Department of the A.V. Lunacharsky GITIS, specialty "Choreography Directing", workshop of O.G. Tarasova (1985-1990).

1983-1985 - ballet dancer of the Youth Variety Ensemble "Gulder"; 1990-1993 - teacher of modern dance at the A.V. Seleznev ACS; 1997-2007 - teacher of the disciplines "Modern choreography directing", "Modern dance technique" at the T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts.

The main creative activity is connected with the "Samruk" Contemporary Dance Theatre, where she is the organizer, artistic director and ballet master since its foundation in 1998. She produced more than 30 works for her team and other creative teams, including performances, miniatures and concert numbers: A. Mukatay, B. Akosh "Zheztyrnak" (2004), "Jazz Cafe" to jazz music of the 40s (2008), A. Mukatay "Gliding dance" (2009) "Samruk" by B. Daldenbay (2010).

For the A.V. Seleznev ACS, the following performances were staged: a program of numbers in the style of modern choreography for International ballet competitions in the USA (Jackson), Bulgaria (Varna), Russia (Moscow, Perm), Kazakhstan (1991-1993), the ballet "Er Tostik" (2010). Staging of the concert program "Solstice", consisting of 10 numbers for the Khabarovsk State Song and Dance Ensemble (2000). In the period 1990-1997, she staged choreographic performances for musical and dramatic performances: “... The day lasts more than a hundred years” (M. Auezov Drama Theatre, director A. Mambetov), “The Passion of the Scythian is a Just Misfortune” (N. Sats Russian Theatre for Children and Youth, director E. Kanapyanov, N. Kulsariyev), Rock opera "Takyr" (director S. Popov).

"Samruk" Theatre participates in various International festivals, where the ballet master G. Adamova acts as a guest director of the programs, conducts training sessions and master classes in modern dance.

1997 - International Festival of Contemporary Dance (workshops) - Gdansk (Poland);

1998 - Baltic International Festival of Contemporary Choreography (performances, workshops) - Vilnius (Lithuania);

1999 - Dance Webb Festival (training in modern dance techniques, training in directing) - Vienna (Austria);

1999 - Stage Arts Management, trainers Peter Brightman, E. Nogambayeva-Brightman;

2000 - "Visiting Arts" (training in management in the field of contemporary art), practice in "CandoCo", "Cholmondalleis" companies - London (England).

Theater "Samruk" - is an active participant in the International festivals of contemporary dance in Kazakhstan (2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010), took part in foreign festivals: International festival of contemporary dance under the auspices of UNESCO (Turkey , 2012); International contemporary dance festival (Newport, USA, 2015); International mask festival under the auspices of UNESCO (South Korea, 2015); International festival (organizer the International organization "Turksoy", Turkey, USA, 2016); International festival in the frame of EXPO (Astana, Kazakhstan, 2017).
