Biography
BAPOV Sultan Maratovich (19.10.1967, Alma-Ata) - dancer. Holder of the "Kurmet" Order (2018).
Graduated from ACS (1978-1986), teachers: A. Burkitbayev, G.N. Beisenova, A.N. Zarembo. Graduated from the Academic Law Institute on specialty "Jurisprudence" (2002).
1988-1997 - ballet dancer of the "Saltanat" State dance ensemble; 1997-2000 - ballet dancer of the Central Song and Dance Ensemble of the Ministry of Defense of the RK; 2000-2007 - soloist of the "Saltanat" State dance ensemble; since 2007 - teacher- tutor, since 2020 - Head of the ensemble's ballet troupe.
Technical capabilities and acting skills allowed the dancer to perform solo parts in all male dances. The dance of the "Golden Eagle" from the repertoire of Z. Raibayev, which the outstanding ballet master transferred personally to S. Bapov, was a great success with the audience. As part of the ensemble, he participated in the international festivals, tours, decades of art in different countries of the world and represented the dance art of Kazakhstan with dignity.
Awards: Madeniet kairatkeri (2000); Medal "Eren Enbegi Ushin" (2010).
