“In the plot-philosophical outline of the play, the themes of courage and love, honor, loss of a human personality and tragedy of a person’s loneliness, when he has to choose between his dreams and the realities of life, are visibly felt. The first who recognized the human child is a pack of wolves. Wayward, independent and proud Bagheera takes a closer look at the "outsider" and becomes his friend and protector. Shere Khan, on the other hand, will hate Mowgli and, together with the vile jackal Tabaqui, does black deeds against him. The child of the jungle meets Shanti, who is the personification of Beauty, Kindness and Love. Mowgli, through an unfamiliar but exciting feeling for her, realizes his belonging to the human race.
