Biography

GAFUROVA Gulfida Shaikhiyevna (05.07.1966, Tselinograd) - ballet dancer, teacher-tutor. Honored Figure of Kazakhstan (2003), "Madeniet Kayratkeri" (2000).

Graduated from Almaty Choreographic School (1976-1984), teachers: L.I. Rafailova, G.B. Gorskaya, T.P. Parpibayeva; the T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts on specialty "Teacher-Choreographer" (1999-2003).

Ballet dancer (1984-2020), teacher-tutor (2006-2009), since 2009 - chief ballet master of the State Academic Dance Theater of the RK under the leadership of B. Ayukhanov. Leading roles in the ballets: "Carmen Suite", "Fest in Seville", D. Shostakovich "Crime and Punishment"; variations and pas de deux from the ballets: "Sleeping Beauty", "Swan Lake"; "Don Quixote", "Chopiniana" ("The Seventh Waltz", "Prelude"); solo numbers: C. Saint-Saens "The Dying Swan", I. Albeniz "Spanish Rhapsody"; choreographic miniatures "Trap", "Elektra", "Dance my Esmeralda", danced the entire repertoire of the SADT RK.
