Biography

One-act performance.

Music - Paul Giger, Carl Maria von Weber, Jörg Faerber. Choreography, libretto, scenography and costumes - Gulmira and Gulnara Gabbasovs.

The premiere took place on September 20, 2002 at the International Festival of Contemporary Art "Tengri-Umai" on the stage of the M. Yu. Lermontov Russian Academic Drama Theater.

The performers are Gulmira and Gulnara Gabbasovs.

In a certain space, old actress and old ballerina are forced to live together. They, who once had worldwide fame and the love of the audience, today turned out to be not needed in the society. The main leitmotif of the performance is the statement of F. Ranevskaya: “It is strange when you are eighteen inside, when you admire beautiful music, poetry, painting. And it’s time for you, you haven’t done anything, but you’re just starting to live”.
