Biography
15.08.1928, Alma-Ata – 31.12.2017, Almaty.
Leading ballet soloist, teacher. Honored Artist of the KazSSR (1958), Holder of the "Badge of Honor" Order (1959), People's Artist of the KazSSR (1984).
1936-1945 – studied at the secondary school No.54.
1938-1946 – studied at the Kazakh Choreographic School, teacher A. Seleznev.
1945-1965 – Abay SAOBT. Ballet soloist, leading ballet soloist. The ballerina's repertoire includes such parts as Zarema ("The Fountain of Bakhchisarai"), Odette-Odile ("Swan Lake"), Fairy Carabosse ("Sleeping Beauty"), Myrtha ("Giselle"), Altynai ("Dzungarian Gate"), Altynai ("On the Way of Friendship"), Raymonda ("Raymonda"), Street Dancer ("Don Quixote"), Natasha ("Coast of Happiness"), Esmeralda, Gudula ("Esmeralda"), Soloist "Bolero" etc.
1964 – jointly with B. Ayukhanov, she performed in the "Theatre of Two Actors" organized by them, in which choreographic scenes and miniatures to the music of Russian, Soviet and Western composers were created. "The Theater of Two Actors" developed the creative principles of the chamber ballet theater, which formed the basis of the ensemble "Young Ballet of Alma-Ata" which was created later. Most of the programs of the "Theater of Two Actors" were included into the repertoire of the young team.
After completing the performing career, she began teaching.
1965-1978 – teacher-choreographer of the Ensemble of Choreographic Miniatures "Young Ballet of Alma-Ata".
1980-1992 – Abay SAOBT. Teacher-tutor, artistic director of the ballet troupe.
1994 2017 – teacher-tutor of the SDE "Saltanat".
Awards: “Badge of Honor” Order (1959); Medal "Astana" (2000), Medal - "Eren enbegi ushin"- "For Labor Distinction" (2011), Medal "Veteran of Labor of Kazakhstan" (2015).
