The encyclopedia “Choreographic Art of Kazakhstan” in 3 languages is an extensive reference edition which reflects the development process of the national choreographic art of Kazakhstan from its origin until now.

The encyclopedia presents personal data of the ballet soloists and folk dance performers, ballet masters, composers, librettists and set designers, who took part in the creation of the ballet productionson the stage of the domestic theatres and creative companies;history ofcreation of national performances; history of the origin and creative activity of the well-known professional dance companies; history of the festival and competition movement in the field of choreographic art in Kazakhstan have been systematized.
