Biography

(15.09.1929, Alma-Ata) - teacher. Holder of the "Kurmet" Order (2021).

1937-1948 - student of the Kazakh State Choreographic School, gained qualification of “Ballet dancer”, teachers: A.V. Seleznev, D. N. Gatsina, V.N. Nikolayev, M. N. Shatlovsky.

1948-1951 - student of the N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov Leningrad State Order of Lenin Conservatory, qualification “Teacher of classical, folk-stage and historical-daily life dance”, teachers: A. Ya. Vaganova, V. S. Kastrovitskaya, A. I. Bocharov, N. P. Ivanovsky.

Since 1951 - teacher of the KSCS. In 1954 - 1958 - she taught the students from North Korea, participated with them in the filming of the movie "Our Dear Doctor" (an episode of the rehearsal of "The Pink Waltz" from P. I. Tchaikovsky's ballet "The Nutcracker" in the foyer of the Abay SAOBT) (1957, directors: Sh. Aimanov, A. Karpov).

31.01.1957 - 01.10.1958 - Artistic director of the KSCS.

1959-1961 - Head of the choreographic circle in the city House of Pioneers (Ulan-Ude, Buryat ASSR), staged the ballet "Little Red Riding Hood", in which only children performed. The performance was shown at the Opera and Ballet Theater (1960) and received a wide public response. Based on the choreographic circle, the Buryat choreographic school was opened (1961).

She is the first teacher of the Buryat Choreographic School, her first enrollment became the first graduation (1961-1971). For five years, she performed the functions of an artistic director (because at first there was no position of the artistic director), supervised the educational and creative process. In 1961-1964- she invited the well-known teachers of ballet schools from Moscow, Leningrad, and Perm to stage ballets and choreographic numbers, which included J. Bayer "The Fairy Doll" (Yu. I. Gromov, Leningrad); P.I. Tchaikovsky “The Nutcracker” (K. A. Esaulova, Perm); Act II "Swan Lake" Z. N. Tyzhebrova, Ulan-Ude); A.V. Lyadov "Dolls", E. Grieg "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" (M. M. Mnakatsanyan, Moscow). Later, the number "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" was transferred by I. K. Olzoyeva to the ACS, was performed by the students of the junior grades and adorned the repertoire of the school.

1971-1985 - teacher of classical, folk stage, historical and daily life dance at the Classical and Folk Departments of the ASCS (ACS). In 1985, she retired.

1992-1997 - Senior lecturer of the Department of Choreography at the Abay Kazakh State Pedagogical University.

Since 2004, she lives in Moscow, and is actively involved in social activities aimed in organizing leisure activities for the pensioners, member of the dance group "Dance with us" in the "Dialogue" club.

She made a great contribution to the development of the ballet school of Kazakhstan, trained a number of Honored artists, Cultural figures, teachers, scientists, including R. Eslamgalieva, A. Saifullina.
