Choreographic miniature.

Music - Darius Michalok. Choreography, libretto, costumes - Honored figureof Kazakhstan Gulnara Adamova.

The choreographic miniature was staged for the troupe of the MDT "Samruk" under the direction of Gulnara Adamova, the premiere took place in 1998 at the I International Festival of Contemporary Dance "Dance Beehive" at the A. V. Seleznev ACS.

Performers: Albina Dodarkhodzhayeva, Elena Ezau, Natalya Korchagina.

The choreographic miniature "On the Other Side" is built according to four musical parts which are made by compilation method from various works by the composer Darius Michalok. The composition is based on the idea that has been exciting many artists for many centuries: who are we? Where are we from and where are we going? What is life - a series of periods of growing up, decay and death, which are repeated from generation to generation? The idea of a thirteen-minute choreographic work is to represent the birth of a living being from a cell (energy), its formation and the course of all stages of life until it disappears.

The choreographic miniature "On the Other Side" was restored in 2008. The line-up of the performers was increased to 5 people. Performers - Assel Abakayeva, Raushan Shermakhanbetova, Sanym Zhanibekova, Eldiyar Daniyarov, Oleg Pak.
