POZHARNIKOV Alexander Alekseyevich
Biography
(28.09.1946, Samara region of the USSR) - ballet dancer, ballet master. Honored Artist of the KazSSR (1980).
At the House of Culture in Kentau, the gifted dancer took lessons from Mikhail Alexandrovich Leib, graduate of the Kyiv Choreographic School.
He began his professional activity in 1970.
In 1973, he was accepted to the Song and Dance Ensemble of the MIA of the KazSSR, where Zhambulat Mansurbayev was a teacher. He often attended rehearsals of the State Song and Dance Ensemble under the direction of L.D. Chernysheva.
1973-1989 - ballet dancer of the Song and Dance Ensemble CAMD.
1989-1990 - ballet dancer of the TurkMD Song and Dance Ensemble.
1991-2001 - artistic director and ballet master of the Central Ensemble of the MD RK.
Performances: "The Legend of the Batyr", "Quadrille", "Lyrical Afghan dance", "Guards the Sarbaz", etc.
Awards: Jubilee Medal "60 Years of the Armed Forces of the USSR".
