Biography

(09.04.1963, Makanshy village, Semipalatinsk region) – dancer, ballet master. Honored Artist of Kazakhstan (1995), Honored Figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2014), Holder of the “Kurmet” Order (2021), Associate professor (2010).

She graduated from Almaty Choreographic School (1981) on specialty “Folk Dance Ensemble Artist”, teachers: I. N. Gulyaeva, N. Ya. Akhunov; G. N. Beisenova; K. M. Mazhikeyev; T. K. Zhurgenov Kazakh State Institute of Theater and Cinema (1998).

Since 1981 she has been a soloist of the Kazakhconcert tour and concert association. Performer of productions of the outstanding Kazakhstani choreographers: “Shattyk bii” by D. T. Abirov; “Kuanysh”, “Uygyr bii”, “Turkimen bii”, “Pamir bii” by D. B. Kiyakova; “Akku” by Zh.K. Baidaralina. She was among the initiators of the opening of the “Altynay” dance ensemble in Almaty region, Suyunbai Philharmonic, to which she was invited in 1985.

In 1989 she was transferred to the “Sazgen” folklore-ethnographic ensemble, where the dance duet with G. Pshenbayeva was created. The creative duo received recognition at various competitions and international festivals with choreographic compositions staged by choreographer G. A. Orumbayeva: “Zhaylauda”, “Tugan zher”, “Kairan zhiyrma bes”, “Tentekter”, “Naz”. Laureate of the 1st place of the I Sh. Zhienkulova Republican competition of Kazakh dance (1992).

A.A. Tati – is a bright representative of the solo performing school, whose work was permeated with stage culture and charm, graceful plasticity and subtle lyricism. As part of the “Altynay” and “Sazgen” ensembles she took part in all government concerts and cultural events in the frame of the Days of Culture of Kazakhstan, tours in the CIS and foreign countries.

1997-2002 – teacher of the Kazakh and folk stage dance at A. V. Seleznev Almaty Choreographic School; 2000- 2011 – Lecturer at T. K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts; 2017-2019 – Associate professor of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography.

Since the early 2000s, she has been doing productions for choreographic groups, including dance compositions in opera performances: dances to Y. Brusilovsky’s opera “Kyz Zhibek” staged by: G. Yesimova (2000), A. Mambetov (2003), M. Pandzhavidze (2020) on the stage of the Abay SAOBT.

Since 2012 – to the present time she is the ballet master of the “Astana Ballet” Theater. Concert performances and choreographic miniatures: “Zhurek auyeni”; “Kyz muny”; “Arular”; “Ornek”; “Nurshashu”; “Asem konyr”; “Kerbez”; “Kyz kaiyn”; “Akkyz”; “Syi syiapat”; “Uly dala”; “Gazhayip tabigat”, distinguished by their original author’s style, extraordinary plasticity and ethnic philosophy.

Awards: Badge of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the RK “Madeniet salasynin uzdigi” (2018); National award “Sakhnager” (2019).
