ZHULIMBETOVA (Ultanbayeva) Firuza Rafilbekovna
Biography
01.06.1943, Tashkent.
Ballet dancer, teacher. Honored Artist of the Kazakh SSR (1978).
1950-1960 - student of secondary school No. 39 in Alma-Ata.
1957-1964 - student of the ACS. Teacher S. A. Nauryzbayeva.
September 1967 - July 1969 - internship at the advanced training courses at the MACS.
1970-1972 - training at the courses of intern teachers at the MACS, specialty "Methods of classical and folk stage dance". Passed the state exams with an "excellent" mark.
1980-1985 - student of the Al-Farabi Chimkent Institute of Culture, specialty "Cultural and educational work".
1964-1987 - ballet soloist, leading soloist of the Abay SAOBT. Repertoire: Odette-Odile (Swan Lake), Akkanat (first performance, Akkanat), Kitri (Don Quixote), Zarema (“The Fountain of Bakhchisarai”), Syuimbike (“Shurale”), Cholpon (“Cholpon”), The Lilac Fairy (“Sleeping Beauty”), Giselle (“Giselle”), Aegina (“Spartacus”), character dances in the ballets “The Nutcracker”, “Swan Lake”, etc.
F. Zhulimbetova entered the history of Kazakh choreography as a member of an original duet of folklore dance performers of the world’s peoples, paired with Laura Mazhikeyeva. The creative tandem became a bright phenomenon of the cultural life of Kazakhstan in 1960-1980.
In the production of Dauren Abirov, the duet performed the Kazakh dance "Bylkyldak" ("Tattimbet"). In the choreography of Bulat Ayukhanov - "Akku", "Balbyrauyn", "Kos Alka". The production of the choreographic miniature "Statues" and the Kazakh dance "Kuanysh", which has become one of the pearls of the Kazakh stage dance, was done by Dilyafruz Kiyakova.
D. B. Kiyakova also staged dances for a duet such as “Pamir Dance”, “Tajik Dance”, “Uzbek Dance”, “Japanese Dance”, “Russian Dance” etc.
In Kazakhstan, the duet regularly performed solo concerts, was a regular participant in government concerts and days of culture of the republic abroad, where the performances of the dance duet were invariably a great success.

Awards: medal "For the development of virgin lands" (1969), medal "For valiant work in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of V. I. Lenin" (1970).
