Biography

(17.05.1968, Alma-Ata) - theater critic in the field of choreography, ballet expert, ballet critic, teacher. Candidate of Art History (1999), professor (2019), Fellow of the State Scientific Scholarship of the MES RK for young talented scientists "For outstanding scientific contribution to the development of science and technology".

1978-1986 - student of the ACS in specialty “Ensemble Artist”, class of the teacher O. B. Shubladze.

1988-1993 - student of the M. Uigur Tashkent State Institute of Arts, specialty "Theater expert".

1994-1996 - postgraduate studies at the M. O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, NAS RK, specialty "Theatrical Art".

1986-1988 - ballet dancer of the Abay SAOBT.

1993-1994 - editor of the news agency "Turkestan-press".

2000-2017 - researcher at the M.O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, MES RK, Scientific Secretary (2000-2005), Deputy director on research (2005-2010), Head of Educational Programs on Integration of Science and Education (2014-2017). Head of scientific projects.

Expert on intangible cultural heritage of the humanity, took part in training programs in Uzbekistan, Japan and Korea.

2011-2015 - Member of the National Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage under the National Commission of the RK for UNESCO and ICESCO. Since 2017 member of the International Association of Theater Critics.

2017-2023 - professor and Head of the department of art history and art management at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, where for the first time in Kazakhstan the enrollment and graduation of ballet experts was carried out. Head of the scientific and creative laboratory "ONERLab".

Author of 3 scientific monographs, one of the authors of a textbook on choreography in Russian and Kazakh languages, author of sections in more than 20 joint monographs, as well as more than 300 articles in scientific publications in Kazakhstan, CIS and foreign countries.

2004-2010 - Executive Secretary and Deputy Chairperson of the section "Literary and Art Studies", was engaged in the development of projects, preparation and publication of the books published by the M.O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art in the framework of the State programs “Madeni mura” (series “Babalar sozi” in 100 volumes, “Anthology of Kazakh music” in 7 volumes, “Kazakh adebietinin tarihy” in 10 volumes, etc.). Author of sections and editor-in-chief of the books of the series "Kazakh onerinin tarihy" in 3 volumes, which was implemented in the framework of the program.

Scientific supervisor of 2 Candidates of sciences, 6 Master and 3 PhD students. She has repeatedly been a member of the jury and a special guest of the International Theater Festivals in Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia.
